Terms of Use
The short version. These terms govern your use of this website — nothing more. It is an information site published by SOCIAL STATUS APPS INC.: read it, link to it, quote it fairly. Do not attack it, do not pass our name off as your own, and please do not treat descriptions of software still in development as promises about a finished product. Our mobile application, when released, will carry its own separate terms.

01Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using socialstat.us (the “site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms take effect on 17 August 2026 and apply to every visitor.
02Who publishes this site
This site is published by SOCIAL STATUS APPS INC., a Delaware corporation (entity no. 10711504), referred to here as “we”, “us” or “the company”.
SOCIAL STATUS APPS INC.8 The Green, STE A
Dover, DE 19901

03Scope — website only
These terms cover this website. They are not an end-user licence for any application we publish. Our first mobile title is in development and, when it is released, it will be governed by its own terms of service and end-user licence agreement, presented in the app and on its App Store listing.
There is no account to register here, nothing to buy, and no user-generated content to submit. The site exists to describe the company and the kind of software it builds.
04Permitted use
You may read this site, share links to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution — for example in reporting, research, or a discussion of the company. Journalists and prospective partners are welcome to use the wording on this site as source material and to write to info@socialstat.us with questions or to request additional information.
05Things you must not do
When using this site, you agree not to:
- interfere with the site's operation or availability, including attempting denial-of-service, injecting code, or probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its hosting, or any related system or network;
- copy the site wholesale, or reproduce its design, wording or brand assets in a way that suggests your material comes from us or is endorsed by us;
- use our company name, wordmark or logo as your own, or register a confusingly similar name, domain or app identity;
- scrape or harvest the site in a manner that degrades service for others, or collect the published email addresses in order to send unsolicited bulk messages;
- misrepresent yourself as an employee, agent or representative of the company, or as being connected to it when you are not;
- use the site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Responsible security reports are welcome rather than unwelcome: if you believe you have found a vulnerability in this site, tell us at info@socialstat.us before doing anything else with it.
06Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, layout, typography choices, code, and brand assets including the company name, wordmark and mark — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable law. Fair quotation and linking are welcome. Beyond that, nothing on this site grants you a licence to our brand, content or code, and no rights are transferred to you by your use of the site.
The typefaces used here are licensed from their creators for web use and remain the property of their respective owners.
07Statements about products in development
This site describes software that has not yet been released. Statements about our first title — what it does, how standing works within it, when it may arrive — are statements of current design intent, not commitments, guarantees, or an offer of any kind.
Features described may change or be removed, the product's name is not yet announced, availability may vary by region and platform, and release timing may move. Any release remains subject to App Store review and approval by Apple, which is outside our control. Please do not rely on anything on this page as a promise about a finished product, and do not treat it as investment, employment or commercial advice.
08Third-party services and links
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which is the only third party involved in delivering it; its typefaces are served from this site itself, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we link to an external site, we do so for reference only: we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, terms or privacy practices.
09No warranties
This site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the company and its officers, directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted there.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue where you are legally able to do so. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the company and its products develop. When we do, we will replace this page and update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13How to reach us
Questions about these terms, press and partnership enquiries, and anything else about the company go to info@socialstat.us. Product support, once there is a released product to support, goes to support@socialstat.us. Postal mail reaches us at the Dover address in section 02.
